Vintage slip dress \\ Vintage Boots, Bag \\ Bandolino Jacket
With summer slowly ending and fall quickly approaching, i figured id better get use out of at least one of the summer dresses that i own. i literally havent worn one. this one i got from a thrift store (of course) for 50 cents. i love how lightweight and semi see- through it is. i was very aware of my bra that day and i was forced to wear underwear. i felt very girly. however the dress did give easy access to the mosquitoes. ended up breaking my favorite sunglasses (damn)(from all the jumping and slapping) and going home with about 20 bites. guess it wasnt such a good idea slabbing on a pound of vanilla lotion before i headed out. but alas, beauty is pain.
in november ill be starting school at the paul mitchell vision academy for cosmetology. a decision that was very hard for me to make. but now, i cant wait to attend, nor can i wait for the chill of fall. i miss being able to dress cozy and wear lots of layers and dark colors. plus i get to pull out my 'good old leather jacket' and chunky black boots, a cold weather staple for me. i love fall fashion. my birthday is also approaching in october, probably another reason why i love fall so much. sigh.
