Currently these things are calling my soul. Its taken me 30 years to realize that as much as id like to be one those woman who can go all day wearing those lovely leg shaping strappy heels and walk a couple hundred miles, realistically i just can't. Between work and running errands it just isn't feasible. Comfort over pretentiousness. The older i get the more I've come to know how important it is to have good supportive footwear. But of course I've still gotta look fly. Ive been in a particularly sporty mood of late so these are my cravings. Luckily, Converse, sandals and loafers all just happen to be a huge part of my everyday style. So no harm, no foul.
Now that spring is in full effect I'm all about my basics. Ive always been partial to the classics of white, black and denim tees, jeans or button ups. You can never go wrong with these timeless pieces.

I think I'm officially on a strict diet of plain jane basics for....well, forever. The effortless cool look can only be achieved with such. Im at a stage in life where I've found my happy place in between all the style changes and trend try outs and i think that the boyish clean alexander wang look is my it. This outfit took 2 seconds to throw together and yet feels the most like me in a pic than ever before. Minimal yet statement making. Less is always better in my book.
Basics..... everybodys' wardrobe must.
Todays lunch and my next blog outfit. FYI April is gonna be hella busy for me. But i pinky swear to keep up with posting even if i have to throw some random stuff in here. Might be cool. You guys wanna see whats in my bag right? i think so.
